Ask About the Experience That Matters to You

You may have a clear sense of what you want help with. Or you might know that worry is taking more from your day without yet having the words to explain it.

Leah’s work includes anxiety and intrusive thoughts, as well as health-related and pregnancy or postpartum mental health concerns. Her approach combines understanding what you’re experiencing with strategies you can practice in everyday situations.

During the consultation, you can ask how she would approach your concerns and what working together might involve. Her team profile provides more about her training and clinical background.
