Inner Balance Psychological Services provides scheduled psychotherapy sessions by appointment only. I do not accept drop-ins or crisis calls after regular business hours. If you are experiencing a psychiatric emergency or crisis, please call 911 or go to your local Emergency department.

My services are provided on an exclusively virtual basis at this time to optimize your time and flexibility.
Initial Assessment session (75-90 minutes) $350
Psychotherapy session (50 minutes) $235 CDN and USD
Mini Psychotherapy session (30 minutes) $120 -mini session (Only offered for established patients after deemed suitable by Dr. Calverley.)
Please note, I do not accept insurance or direct bill to insurance.
Patients pay in full up front then may submit the receipt to insurance. It is your responsibility to check with your insurance plan to determine what (if any) behavioral health benefits are provided.
I accept all major credit cards and card information will be securely stored in the client portal. Please check directly with your HSA or FSA plan to ensure the service is covered.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice (business days) if you cannot make your scheduled appointment. Missed or late cancelled appointments will be billed in full if I do not receive sufficient notice.
I understand that sometimes sick kids, bad weather, traffic, or last-minute scheduling changes occur. Please call or text to inform me of any changes at (403) 763-2883.
When you contact me and are ready to book an appointment, you will be invited into the secure client portal where all the client forms are located. The forms take approximately 20-30 minutes to complete and are required prior to booking your initial session. First sessions will be confirmed once the paperwork is completed.
